

Provider of trenchless pipeline rehab using cured‑in‑place pipe tech to renew aging pipelines.
The Safety Technician works under the Safety Manager to foster a culture of safety and ensure full employee participation in safe work practices. The role involves building relationships with field staff, balancing environmental, health and safety requirements with production goals, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards. On‑site presence is essential, with up to 70 % travel and at least 80 % time spent at job locations.
Candidates should hold or be pursuing an occupational health and safety (OHS) certificate, diploma or degree and have at least two years of construction‑related experience. Required competencies include independent problem‑solving, technical report writing, strong communication, and certifications such as HAZWOPER, confined‑space entry, first‑aid and CPR. A valid Class 5 driver’s licence, clean driving record, and the ability to obtain COR Auditor certification are also needed.
