Overview

Supports service ops with compliance data, AHJ submissions, reporting, and field coordination

Tasks

-Perform site field visits alongside superintendents -Support scheduling & route control for local field operations -Coordinate various reports for compliance, data analytics and project management -Assist with ordering parts as applicable -Develop an understanding of and assist in maintaining our safety program -Assist supervisors with directing, supervising and leading the performance of the field operations team as required -Support service operations team with collection of data from job sites and subsequently preparing submissions to local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for approval -Work alongside OTIS P-Eng Submission Engineer in responding to AHJ’s questions and concerns regarding products code compliance -Manage submission backlog review process to reduce the registration timeline and number of rush submissions

What You Bring

-Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment -A University Degree in Engineering, or related technical program, is required -Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software -Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities -A valid driver’s license and a car are necessary -Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and good decision-making skills with strong time management and organizational skills -Candidate must be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
