Maintain a complete QA-auditable database record of the movements of deliverables and related correspondence.
Ensure Penspen documentation is correctly formatted and in line with company procedures.
Store & file received documentation from clients, vendors, etc. and supply them to project team.
To register and issue day-to-day incoming and outgoing project related documentation and ensure project deliverables are issued in a controlled, accurate and timely manner. Understand document control process and governance. Responsible for storage, retrieval and issue of project documents to internal and external customers.
Able to work independently and be proactive.

Practical experience of Adobe Acrobat Professional to assemble documentation.
Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and Adobe software. Experience with Wrench software an advantage.
10 years experience in organizing & controlling typical project deliverables such as drawings; specifications, operating manuals, vendor submittals, filing systems and document flow procedures.
Experience within project-based engineering environment.
