Description

• Acting as the on-site point of contact between the client/customer and delivery teams
• Supporting the Project Director with site coordination and progress
• Being hands-on when required. Including general site tidiness, minor touch-ups, snagging, or small works.
• Overseeing daily site activity to ensure works are running smoothly
• Working with a long-term client on ongoing projects
• Maintaining high standards of site presentation, safety and quality

Requirements

This role requires a site-based presence in London and would suit someone who enjoys balancing leadership, client interaction and hands-on work.

We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman to work across multiple live sites in London Zones 1–5, supporting day-to-day site delivery while acting as a key link between the client and site teams.

• Reliable, organised and professional. You’ll be the face of the business on site
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients
• Good attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
• Comfortable working across multiple London sites
• Proven experience in a working foreman / site-based supervisory role

Benefits

£50,000 – £60,000 | Full-time | Site-based

• Salary of £50,000 – £60,000, depending on experience
