Assist with plumbing repairs and construction tasks in alignment with project needs;
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain environmental remediation equipment, including vacuum blowers, air compressors, transfer pumps, flowmeters, and filters;
Operate precision measuring instruments along with a variety of hand and power tools;
Assemble, inspect, and maintain field systems and equipment, including troubleshooting as required;
Handle installation and maintenance of groundwater wells, piping systems, and electrically powered pumps or machinery;
Maintaining equipment calibration logs;
Oversee and document work performed by trade contractors across excavation, construction, remediation, and waste disposal activities;
Produce timely and detailed field reports; and
Collect water samples from monitoring wells, surface water, industrial wastewater systems, or other source for pollution assessment;
Collecting air samples from remediation or gas management systems, or sub-slab gas samples;

Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to communicate effectively with on-site client representatives or operators;
High School diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related field preferred;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
Ability to work well individually and within groups;
Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems;
Hazwoper Certification, maintenance of annual physical and respirator fit test, annual Hazwoper 8 hr. re-certification, as required;
5+ years’ prior related experience preferred;
Excellent analytical and judgment capabilities;
Valid driver’s license in good standing; and
Ability to travel to various job sites and spend most, if not all of the workday on-site, as-required.
