Provide clear and timely reporting to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes
Mentor and manage a high-performing project team, promoting a collaborative culture
Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, building codes, and safety requirements
Lead end-to-end project delivery for education or healthcare infrastructure developments
Develop and manage detailed project programs, budgets, and resource plans
Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Coordinate across key stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Proven experience managing construction projects valued at $100m +
Strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of construction methodologies and project controls
Sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environments
Minimum 7 years' experience delivering major construction projects
Proficiency in construction software and project management tools
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience in the Residential, Education and/or Public Health sectors
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
