HVAC Install Manager

• Be able to run an install department and handle management-level responsibilities, including recruiting, training, coaching, and instructing HVAC installers.

TE Certified is a premier home service business in Atlanta with over 400 service trucks serving the north Atlanta area. TE is expanding its HVAC service department with a new locations and is looking for a Residential HVAC Install Manager to spearhead the company's growth. • Significant experience in RESIDENTIAL HVAC MANAGEMENT.
• Be flexible, growth orientated, and work well with others.
• Live in the North Atlanta Metro area.
• Ability to hire and grow an HVAC install department.
• Be willing to train and hire new team members.
• Be confident riding along and training new technicians.
• Do you have experience managing at a residential HVAC home service business?
• HVAC Residential: 5 years (Required)
• Have strong computer skills related to industry software, apps, and automation.
• Be willing to multi-task and transition between field and office responsibilities.
• Be able and willing to teach technicians how to install, replace, repair and troubleshoot systems, as well as train on customer service skills.
• Be willing to attend training and classes.
• Have significant residential HVAC management experience with excellent troubleshooting and training abilities, and a good understanding of the residential HVAC Install and sales process.
• Be comfortable fielding technical phone calls, as well as handling difficult situations and demanding customers.
• Willing to undergo a background and drug screening?
• Georgia Drivers License (Required)
• Management: 3 years (Required)
