Employees must lift objects up to 50 lb, perform repetitive motions, and work at heights while wearing required personal protective equipment such as safety‑toed boots, gloves, glasses, hearing protection, and hard hats. The job may require movement through confined, uneven, or cluttered areas and exposure to dust, fumes, and loud noises.
This is a full‑time role typically scheduled for about 50 hours per week, with the ability to work different shifts and overtime as required. Travel to project sites can be up to 90% and may include intermittent trips to the employee’s residence of record.
Compensation is $31.00 per hour, with performance‑based merit increases. Benefits include a 401(k) with company match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, flexible spending accounts, medical/dental/vision insurance for employees and dependents, wellness programs, disability and life insurance, and various supplemental coverages such as accidental death, critical illness, and emergency travel assistance.
