We are seeking a highly skilled Fabric / Power BI Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is pivotal in improving data quality, building robust data pipelines, and producing automated dashboards that drive decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, proactive, and capable of delivering high-quality insights to both senior management and operational teams.

  • Performance optimisation of DAX formulas
  • Advanced Power Query skills
  • Addition of actionable insights
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of REST API principles
  • Consulting-level problem-solving capability for technology business cases
  • Microsoft DP-700 Certification
  • Python for data analysis
  • Knowledge of ETL processes within Microsoft Fabric
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Power BI
  • Experience designing and implementing Dataflows and Dashboards in Power BI Service
  • Improved cloud compute usage
  • Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT to support analytics tasks
  • Spark & PySpark experience
  • Knowledge of CI/CD in Microsoft Fabric / Azure DevOps
  • Evidence of dashboards or system integration projects
  • Familiarity with latest Power BI features such as field parameters and direct lake
  • Microsoft PL-300 Certification
  • Strong documentation and code annotation discipline
  • Ability to independently research and interpret technical documentation
  • Advanced DAX skills
