Negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews price lists, and terms and conditions.

Specialized Experience: 5+ years of proven years of experience and specialization on Negotiation, implementation and Administration of Indirect Services Categories.
Great Knowledge of the IFM Program (Integrated Facilities Management program) to keep and maintain the infrastructure of a company.
Supplier Management: Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and negotiations.
Extensive experience in building maintenance (preventive, corrective and predictive building maintenance, routine maintenance)
Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field is preferred
Procurement Experience: 10+ years in the Procurement / Sourcing area.
Category Management: Experience in developing and implementing category strategies.
