Planning and scheduling merchant activity within merchant branches and support their training needs including products, services and training to their customer base.
Administrative duties including the maintenance of all CRM customer accounts and key attributes (e.g., purchase potential, call planner etc.) monthly report & expenses.
Maintaining a social media presence for all customer groups, utilising this medium to promote products and services
Effectively utilise the regional demonstration vehicle.
Supporting our associated departments (Service, Marketing, Product Management, Logistics, Train-ing, Internal Sales etc.) in dispute resolution between our core customers and the consumer.
