To conduct market research on competitors and marketing technology trends
To coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and vendors on the implementation of assigned projects
Support the team in updating policies and compliance measures, digitization of work process across departments, executing loyalty initiatives to increase membership base and active spend.
Responsible in ensuring that all related workflow and processes are in compliance to internal and regulatory requirements compliance (e.g. PDPA, reports etc)
To support project development by carrying out testing, training and deployment planning prior to project roll-out

Strong project management skills and experience in supporting a digital-based loyalty programme, ideally in the Singapore retail mall landscape or ecommerce portals.
Degree/Diploma with 2-3 years of experience in loyalty marketing and digital marketing, preferably in the retail/ecommerce/banking/martech industry.
You should be a team player, creative, meticulous, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication/presentation skills. You should possess pro-activeness and desire for more knowledge with a positive attitude, and, ability to multi-task as well as work independently in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will have a willingness to work through a project from planning to launch and have a willingness to learn new software and systems.
Creative, meticulous, possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication or presentation skills.
