Description

• Developing and maintaining BIM execution plans and standards
• Providing training and guidance to project team members on BIM software and workflows
• Building Information Modeling (BIM) software expertise
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure BIM models meet project requirements
• Participating in the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows
• Overseeing BIM design coordination and model integration
• Ensuring compliance with industry BIM standards and best practices
• Lead BIM implementation
• BIM Design Coordination
• BIM Design Coordination / Clash identification and resolution
• Leading and managing the BIM implementation process within the organization

Requirements

• Proficiency in REVIT – Architecture / Structure / MEP
• Understanding of industry BIM standards and protocols
• Experience on REVIT – Architecture / Structure / MEP
• Professional certification in BIM (preferred)
• Knowledge of digital construction technologies
• Bachelor of Architecture or BE - Civil
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management and collaboration tools proficiency
• Experience in Building Information Modeling and digital construction
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
