10+ years of proven experience as a system administrator or support specialist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Project Operations; exposure to Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Engagement is a plus.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics 365 Sales are highly desirable.
Experience configuring security roles, workflows, and integrations in D365.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience supporting sales processes including opportunities, customer lifecycle, and contact management.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and support users of varying technical backgrounds.
Ability to troubleshoot system issues and work with technical teams to resolve them.
Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
