Description

• Utilize human performance improvement tools to ensure quality of work product, including but not limited to peer and post-job reviews.
• Maintain sensitive and confidential information regarding company information.
• Utilize software to extract information from various sources and formats, conduct analyses and collaborate with a diverse workforce to achieve goals.
• Assisting with other projects within the Compliance team as assigned.
• Perform responsibilities as directed within determined timeframes with a high degree of accuracy.
• Complete data integrity projects focused on ensuring electronic records are complete.
• Support the company's employee policies and procedures, including workplace safety rules.
• Leading or participating in teams and collaborating with engineers and analysts.
• Apply knowledge and skills obtained through college courses in the workplace.
• Strengthen and broaden industry experience and abilities by taking initiative for professional development and training.
• Establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department and the company.
• Maintain professional competence, knowledge, and skills necessary to effectively complete responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be able to work May-August 2026.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a college student actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering data.
