Tasks

-Utilize human performance improvement tools to ensure quality of work product, including but not limited to peer and post-job reviews. -Maintain sensitive and confidential information regarding company information. -Utilize software to extract information from various sources and formats, conduct analyses and collaborate with a diverse workforce to achieve goals. -Assisting with other projects within the Compliance team as assigned. -Perform responsibilities as directed within determined timeframes with a high degree of accuracy. -Complete data integrity projects focused on ensuring electronic records are complete. -Support the company's employee policies and procedures, including workplace safety rules. -Leading or participating in teams and collaborating with engineers and analysts. -Apply knowledge and skills obtained through college courses in the workplace. -Strengthen and broaden industry experience and abilities by taking initiative for professional development and training. -Establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department and the company. -Maintain professional competence, knowledge, and skills necessary to effectively complete responsibilities.
