Improve processes, define simple metrics and service levels, and pilot tools such as e-signature, digital forms, and workflow trackers to reduce errors and cycle time.
Builds strong working relationships with colleagues, teams, and clients globally
Coordinate internally with Finance/Operations, Legal & Compliance (L&C), Tax, and Institutional Client Solutions (ICS), and externally with counsel and advisors to resolve questions and keep timelines on track.
Attending client meetings where you are discussing Blackstone products and/or and client questions;
Structuring or creating Blackstone funds/products; and
Maintain accurate investor data and records; perform reconciliations and exception tracking.
Support routine audits.
Marketing Blackstone funds to new or existing clients;
Supervising or training securities licensed employees;
Track milestones to close, provide clear status updates to stakeholders, and escalate issues promptly.
Advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials.
Identify bottlenecks and risks early, raise issues to the right teams, and drive them to resolution.
Review subscription agreements and related documents, identify gaps, coordinate investor edits and signatures, and work directly with investors and their advisors to completion.
Apply internal policies during onboarding.
Route, coordinate, and track AML/KYC and tax reviews to sign-off; ensure all regulatory checks are completed.
