Providing professional design services for transportation improvement projects for the PDOT and local County/City agencies
Maintaining relationships with client technical staff and project managers
Assisting with the preparation of technical and cost proposals.
Designing to adhere to ADA Standards
Coordinating design development and providing technical direction and mentorship to the design team
Coordinating with the design team to achieve quality deliverables within the established schedule and budget, and the development of specifications, cost estimates, reports and preparing final bid packages
Attending project meetings with clients, sub-consultants, and the project team

Successful completion of the FE exam to earn your EIT.
Familiarity with AASHTO and local agency design standards is required.
Proficient with MicroStation and Inroads/OpenRoads modeling design software
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Professional Licensure and Society Memberships
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
OpenRoads Designer experience is a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills
