  • Develop a knowledge and understanding of underground natural gas system and infrastructure.
  • Following all company safety, quality and operational policies and procedures.
  • Represent company and client in a professional manner.
  • Locate and accurately assess the origin of damage and gas leaks

  • Communicating professionally when interacting with client, customers, peers and the public.
  • Accurately complete all necessary data collection and paperwork requirements.

  • Accurately detect, classify and document natural gas leakage, atmospheric corrosion and abnormal operating conditions on client’s natural gas facilities.

  • Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

  • Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various measurement, locating and testing instruments.
  • Capable of moving about on construction work sites, public streets and parkways.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50/75lbs.
  • Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and prioritize work as necessary.
  • Experience using basic communication and tech devices.
  • High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
  • Knowledge and understanding of safe worksite practices.
