  • Advise on the asset management strategy, contributing to long-term planning and optimization of railway systems infrastructure.
  • Review O&M Contractor submissions, including:

  • Measure the performance of O&M Contractors, and be capable of evaluating and adjusting performance where and when required.
  • Verify that maintenance activities are carried out safely and meet the satisfaction of passengers and the Employer.
  • Oversee coordination between O&M Contractors and DB Contractors, ensuring seamless integration and operational alignment.

  • Experience in reviewing technical documentation and maintenance planning.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of railway systems operations and maintenance within metro or transport infrastructure projects.
  • Having clear and concise procedures and guidelines for both line managers and employees to ensure policies are fully understood and implemented.
  • Proven ability to manage contractor relationships and evaluate technical performance.
  • Automatic Train Control (ATC)
  • Complying with the relevant employment legislation and codes of practice.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, asset lifecycle management, and service delivery frameworks.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years’ technical and management experience in railway systems.
