In this role the operator is fully competent in all aspects of well‑site and shop duties, maintaining equipment, performing pre‑ and post‑job tasks, and training junior operators. The position requires close collaboration with customers, adherence to safety standards, and flexibility to work on‑call and travel to global sites.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and coworkers. A clean driving record, ability to pass a Federal background check, computer proficiency, and being at least 21 years of age for ATF explosives certification are also required.
