All aspects of the planning, design, implementation and support of the SRP Virtualization, Storage, and Private Cloud Technologies.
Providing troubleshooting and problem resolution
Support and maintain enterprise storage infrastructure technologies such as NetApp, EMC VMAX, and Brocade SAN.
Develops projected team budgets
Provide technical leadership for technologies supported within Virtualization & Storage staff
Ensure ITIL processes are followed
Coordinate activities, ensure coverage, and supervise Virtualization & Storage staff
Ensuring that production support is completed according to service established service levels
Define and implement procedures for availability of production services
Work closely with ITS staff and user community to resolve problems and provide assistance with problem resolution
Monitors service levels and corrects performance issues as needed
Researching and testing new technology and tools for use at SRP
