Shipping Associate - 1st Shift

Qualifications:• High School Diploma• Strong Experience with a forklift• Experience loading flatbed trucks• Previous experience in shipping and Receiving• Good dexterity of hands• Ability to handle metal parts and insulation and be physically sound for repetitive bending and lifting• Ability to count, calculate, read warehouse map with bin locations• Ability to work independently and complete duties and projects with little direct supervision• Excellent verbal communication skills• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with team lift• Knowledge of safe workplace practices

Physical Requirements:• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.• Standing, bending, and walking for extended periods of time

Learn and execute Shipping/Receiving process• Knowledge of shop layout, parts locations, bin system• Move parts and pallets as needed for Fabrication, Welding, and Shipping/Receiving• Use forklift• Read and interpret part drawings• Perform catalyst finishing procedures• Package finished catalyst product for both parcel and truck shipments• Understand and interact with job tracking system• Load and unload trucks• Other duties as assigned
