This role will be part of Client's growing internal SAP AMS HCM team supporting Client divisions in their daily business within SAP HCM. Main responsibilities are support activities regarding time management and payroll as the biggest part of our SAP AMS HCM service (incidents and service requests). Additionally, the role will collaborate within rollouts as well as smaller change request projects.
- Configuration, maintenance and improvement of Client's existing and growing SAP HCM landscape
- Communication with customers, external partners and colleagues globally
- Collaboration in rollout and implementation projects
- Support of our Workday integration and re-integration processes
- Participation in day-to-day support business (ticketing) with incidents and service requests related to time management, payroll, personnel administration, organizational management and Fiori

Work Experience
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Know how in SAP Payroll, Personnel administration, Organizational management and Travel management
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess the clients' needs and situation
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- University Degree/College Diploma or a minimum of 5 recent years of experience in a similar position
- Know how in SAP Fiori platform, SAP (HCM) authorizations and ALE integrations
- Minimum 5-7 years of work-related experience in SAP AMS HCM area regarding positive time management and payroll
- Deep know how in SAP positive Time management
- Self-responsible coordination and execution of small projects (change requests)
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
