Required experience includes at least three years in wireless telecommunications and a two‑year technical degree or equivalent military training. Candidates must be able to read site plans, possess solid communication and Microsoft Office skills, understand RF and circuit theory, hold a valid driver’s license, and show flexibility, creativity, self‑motivation, basic leadership, and strong attention to detail.
