As the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Director, you will develop MEP strategies and plans in alignment with company objectives, while actively embracing Knutson’s Zero Incident Safety Culture. This role is responsible for overseeing and directing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction projects, while ensuring all MEP systems are designed, installed, and commissioned according to contractual specifications, budgets, schedules and required regulations.

Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods), schedule, cost, safety, and quality.
Experience in the planning and construction of commercial construction.

Ability to travel and visit job sites on a regular basis to effectively oversee MEP-related deliverables.
