  • Ensure products meet quality standards and resolve defects in collaboration with QA teams.
  • Lead, track, and monitor reporting requirements, including HSE and work-in-progress (WIP) data and WBS-level reporting.
  • Optimise workflows and resource allocation to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
  • Monitor output and adjust processes to meet scope, schedule and quality requirements.
  • Schedule resources and activities to coincide with forecasted metrics.
  • Leading and mentoring high performing production staff and supervisors, including training, and performance.
  • Lead safety initiatives, manage regulatory requirements, and ensure full compliance.
  • Monitor and address any health and safety risks in the workplace.

  • A relevant trade qualification (Electrical / Diesel Mechanic) or university degree.
  • Experienced in project design, execution, and defect management.
  • Leadership experience required and qualification desirable.
  • Current Schedule 26 qualification or the ability to obtain it.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of lean, 6 sigma or kaizen-based manufacturing
