Lead and carry out consultations with local authorities / agencies
Drive business development, market expansion, and key account management to grow revenue and market share.
Undertake Electrical Power Substation (up to 230kV/400kV) planning and engineering designs.
Develop and maintain high-level client relationships, including with regulatory agencies, government bodies, and industry partners.
Undertake HV Electrical calculations and system studies for power supply system for up to 230/400kV such as Fault Current Injection studies, Power Load Flow studies, Short Circuit studies, Harmonic studies, Thermal rating calculations, Earthing schemes, Power Supply Stability study and Protection Relay Co-ordination studies.
Execute Projects, interface with stakeholders and support testing and commissioning activities.
Spatial planning of Power substations with consideration of space for CAPEX, maintenance and operation.
Develop business and capabilities to deliver the necessary consulting and engineering services
Manage P&L
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams for effective development, resolve technical and/or commercial issues and other challenges to ensure smooth and effective completion of projects.

Preferably associated with a registered engineering institution.
Keen interest in energy transition to clean and innovative energy solutions.
Able to lead and work both independently as well as in a team.
Strong writing skills, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
The candidate ideally shall be able to:
Knowledge of emerging energy trends such as decarbonisation, hydrogen, and digital energy systems is a plus.
Conversant with SS 638 (or CP5), SS 551, SS 555, SS 650 (CP88), TR77,
Strong analytical skills and ability to be an independent problem solver
Experience and familiar with EMA and SPPG requirements on Power generation, transmission, connectivity and System design requirements. Familiar with the EMA and SPPG consultation processes and application.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a diverse team
Experience and familiar with ETAP and/or PSSE, SKM, SPEL softwares
Bachelor/Masters degree (Hons) in Electrical / Power Engineering from a University recognized by PEB (Singapore)
Conversant with hazardous electrical requirement
Conversant with relevant International and local codes and standards such as IEC, IEEE, BS, NEC and UL
Experience in the Electrical and Power System designs for cogeneration/trigeneration system and power generation will be advantageous
Highly motivated and enthusiastic
Team player and ability to work with and manage clients and stakeholders.
Experience in the planning, sizing and designing of substations up to 230/400kV Substations and equipment
Min 10 years of experience in carrying out planning, design and develop electrical power generation, power transmission and substations.
The ideal candidate should have a broad understanding and experience of the Power sector value chain, from generation to transmission, either in roles of operation or technical consulting.
