Serve as the go-to technical resource and trusted advisor for project teams
Drive our Safety and Incident Prevention Program with passion and purpose
Review and manage safety submittals with meticulous attention to detail
Train associates and trade partners on critical safety topics
Provide clear, confident safety leadership across multiple job sites in your region
Maintain rigorous compliance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices
Facilitate meaningful safety meetings that drive awareness and accountability
Perform comprehensive safety assessments and communicate findings to regional leadership
Provide expert guidance to subcontractors when they need support
Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, accidents, and near misses
Lead engaging safety orientations that set the tone for our safety culture

Strong leadership skills and ability to influence across all levels
Additional credible safety accreditations
Current CPR and First Aid certification
OSHA 30 Hour and/or 500 Hour Construction Safety Training Certification
