Senior Cost Controller

Description

• Foster top performance and growth for your team of cost controllers and cost analysts via excellent mentorship and leadership
• Monitor and evaluate project changes, ensuring variances in costs are captured in forecasting and reporting
• Create impactful cost control reports and analysis for the project leadership team, communicating trends, patterns and predictions through variance analysis, forecasting and Capex expenditure monitoring
• Oversee the monthly cost reconciliation process between Unifier and SAP
• Oversee the invoice processing and cost breakdown structure processes to ensure correct coding is utilized and accuracy is maintained on an ongoing basis
• Support the overall project by providing expert data analysis and presentations as required
• Actively participate in project team and functional meetings/workshops as required

Requirements

• Have strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to create balanced solutions and recommendations
• Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
• Have grown your experience over 10 years working in cost control environments for largescale projects
• Are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
• Are systems savvy and have experience working with project management software
• Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business management or other related field
