- Commission reports and technical information with external consultants and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
- Complete all allocated drafting tasks within agreed deadlines, proactively resolving drafting matters with your manager.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending innovative building methods or materials for cost or quality advantages.
- Liaise with the team to ensure designs meet compliance, functionality, and aesthetic standards.
- Producing and maintaining standardised Master Drawings and Structural Designs.

- Tertiary qualifications in Drafting and/or Design highly regarded.
- At least 9 years’ experience in the residential housing and construction industry.

- Advanced ArchiCAD skills with demonstrated experience in residential drafting.
