DRCP Compliance: Maintain DRCP in Mera Saathi as per guidelines; monitor compliance and take corrective actions.
Tablet Adherence: Track coverage, collage, and productivity; update Tablet Scorecard; coach bottom 20% TSIs; optimize MIS quality and flow.
Induction & Training: Ensure proper induction and training for new TSIs; share attrition feedback with NSM/CEO.
The Sales Development Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the TSI hiring process, ensuring effective training and compliance, and enhancing the performance of sales territories.
Market Visits: Conduct 4–5 visits monthly; interact with TSIs for feedback; promote effective use of Tablet and Speedometer.
TSI Hiring & Gap Management: Monitor TSI gaps at cluster/branch level, highlight exceptions, and support hiring processes.
