  • Assisting the Utilities Manager to ensure the project is compliant with internal Business management System relating to working near services and other client/industry requirements or best practise.
  • Production, auditing, approving, and monitoring of Permits to Dig as per PAS128
  • Interfacing with audit function to support the Utilities Team with Management System audits.
  • Working with the construction team to ensure Permits are in place in advance of works and marked out clearly.
  • Assist the Manager Leasing with the Utility owners to ensure the correct permissions are in place.
  • Ensuring site awareness of Utilities policy and BMS requirements

  • Experience in highways and construction requirements (preferable)
  • Must be a strong team player, with developed communication skills
  • Able to work on own initiative and seek out opportunities in line with level of responsibility
  • Good working knowledge of working with Permit to dig Systems
  • BSc in relevant field (preferable)
  • Have Extensive experience in scanning and marking out services to assist the utilities Engineer when needed.
  • Proven previous experience in a Construction role (preferable)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Holds a valid CSCS Card.
  • Knowledge in scanning and marking out Utilities as per PAS128
