- Independently cut, weld, and fabricate components using plasma cutters, air arc equipment, and other tools.
- Mentor less experienced fabricators and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

- Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.

- Skilled with plasma cutters, air arc, and other welding tools.
- Knowledge of safety procedures (lockout/tagout, PPE) and commitment to safe work practices.
