Lead and manage a team of designers and engineers assigned to projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and project standards.
Work closely with designers to automate processes where possible
Perform quality checks on deliverables to verify compliance with project and company standards.
Ensure compliance with standards, train team members, resolve quality issues, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement
Develop and implement process improvements that enhance productivity reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
Develop Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) using Smart Plant PID is mandatory
Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
Provide training and support to employees on new software
Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) Utility Flow Diagrams, Material selection Diagrams and Safety Flow Diagrams using Auto cad and MicroStation is mandatory
Continuously monitor processes to identify further opportunities for improvement
Support the development of engineering data reports extracted from SPPID (e.g., line lists, instrument indexes)
