The incumbent will oversee project documentation, liaise with the head office, and source new subcontractors and vendors. They will also conduct project analysis, compare estimations with actual performance, and manage material turn‑back processes.
Key expectations include hands‑on installation and engineering experience, strong knowledge of project management tools, and analytical budgeting skills. Responsibilities cover invoicing, budgeting, coordination with key account customers, ensuring safety and scope compliance, and producing monthly MIS reports for regional and senior leadership.
Successful candidates will hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field, and possess proven managerial experience in the elevator industry. Required competencies include leadership, operational expertise in installation forecasting and margin improvement, strategic problem‑solving, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives as a subject‑matter expert.
