Repairs, maintenance, and installations of plant & equipment
Effectively communicate with customers to support other trades people
Complete service reports, asset condition reporting, WHS documentation.
Use of BMS systems for monitoring and fault identification.

Hold a current Refrigeration Mechanic trade qualification & Refrigerant Handling License (RAC)
Hold a White Card
Fault finding for mechanical and electrical HVAC systems
Uniform/PPE supplied.
Proven experience in a Commercial/Industrial environment
Hold a current Restricted electrical licence
Hold a current LVR and CPR (1 year validity)
Reactive and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, AHUs and FCUs
Hold a current Australian Driver's License & own transport to drive across sites.
