Assists in the blasting process, including laying out drill patterns and loading shots.
Operates and maintains equipment throughout the plant, including but not limited to, crushers, screens, conveyors, and heavy off-road equipment.

Must possess the ability to learn technical processes, high-level verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Adheres to and enforces prescribed ethical, safety and environmental measures.
Prior full-time experience is not required.
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management, and have a valid driver’s license.
Becomes familiar with the operations of an Aggregate Mine, understanding the complete production process.
Becomes familiar with the traits of high-performing managers in Martin Marietta.
