- Encadrer et guider les jeunes collaborateurs chargés du contrôle des projets, en favorisant une culture d'amélioration continue et d'excellence technique.
- Une certification PMP, CCP ou équivalente est souhaitable.
- Gérer les processus de contrôle des coûts, y compris la budgétisation, le suivi des engagements, la facturation et la gestion des changements.
- Bilinguisme (anglais/français) préféré ; la maîtrise de l'espagnol ou du portugais est un atout.*
- Licence en ingénierie, gestion de projet ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Esprit stratégique et approche proactive de la résolution de problèmes.
