Coordinates with Family Services Department to implement delinquency policies
Monitors loss-mitigation payments to ensure terms are followed
Reports homeowner payment history to Credit Reporting Bureau monthly
Initiates foreclosure proceedings with affiliate attorney (with the support of Director of Family Services)
Collaborates with Chief Financial Officer on monthly reconciliations
Maintains files in accordance with record retention policies such as:
Processes monthly payments
Notifies affiliate attorney of bankruptcy filings
Coordinates software updates
Executes loss mitigation and foreclosure prevention policies with homeowners facing issues such as delinquency, refinancing, bankruptcy, and foreclosures
Reports status of mortgages to internal and external stakeholders
Supports annual audits by preparing the following items:
Manages all mortgage accounts
Administers FICS mortgage software environment and eStatus client portal
Administers mortgage escrow accounts. Ensures property taxes, HOA fees, homeowners’ insurance, forced placed insurance, escrow refunds, and escrow vendor payments, are paid on time. Monitors escrow shortages, insurance claims, and performs escrow analysis on a regular basis

Ability to manage detailed information, records, and maintain confidentiality must be able to meet the minimum requirements to maintain a Qualified Loan Originator certification.
Demonstrates commitment and strict adherence to best ethical practices and laws such as, but not limited to Fair Housing Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act,
