Maintain exceptional graphic and technical standards aligned with the studio’s design ethos
Support design and documentation across multiple luxury residential projects from SD through CA
Contribute to interior-architecture integration, FF&E coordination, and bespoke detailing
Assist with consultant coordination (MEP, structural, lighting, landscape, specialty vendors)
Produce precise drawing sets and coordinate details with senior staff

Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Revit familiarity is a plus
Work on rare, ultra–high-end residential projects with exceptional design rigor
5-10+ years of professional experience in luxury residential is required
Strong technical foundation with a sharp design eye and attention to detail
Solid understanding of NYC codes and construction documentation
