Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Level: 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related roles within the sales domain. Experience in managing cross-functional teams is preferred.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Additional certifications in Sales Operations or Project Management are advantageous.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics tools, Excel, Salesforce, BI tools, and other relevant technologies to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize sales processes.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sales processes, sales methodologies, market dynamics, competitor analysis, and regulatory compliance within the industry.
