- Coordinate the receipt, staging, and movement of equipment turned in by Army units.
- Ensure proper sequencing and prioritization of items for inspection, accountability, and storage.
- Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and segregation of serviceable, unserviceable, and HAZMAT items.
- Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate and compliant material records.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into Army systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP.
- Work with transportation staff to schedule and track incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure accountability during loading, movement, and offloading of equipment.
- Prepare cargo movement requests, shipping documentation, and load plans in accordance with Army and DTR standards.
- Review and validate supply documents such as DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts, and condition codes.
- Support high-volume, mass turn-in operations by managing workflow and resource allocation.
- Monitor availability and safe use of material handling equipment (MHE).
- Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly activity.
- Provide responsive customer service to supported units while maintaining compliance.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for storage, location management, and retrieval of equipment.
- Track status of turn-ins from initial receipt through final disposition.
- Serve as a liaison between contractor site staff, Army units, and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Assist unit supply personnel during turn-in to resolve documentation discrepancies.

- Must be able to travel when required.
- Effective communication and coordination skills with Army units and contractor staff.
- Ability to read, interpret, and process Army supply documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to operate or coordinate safe use of MHE.
- Prior U.S. Army or contractor experience in equipment turn-in or supply support activities (SSA) strongly preferred.
- Army supply regulations: AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1.
- Must have a State of North Carolina driving license with proof of vehicle insurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- A Real ID will be required.
- 3-5 years of logistics, supply, or materiel management experience.
- Army logistics systems: GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP, TC-AIMS II.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Army documentation and condition coding requirements.
