- Monitor team / individual development and training needs, developing the team and creating succession plans

- Managing engineering budgets.
- Implement, drive and sustain world class manufacturing standards throughout the engineering teams.

- Degree qualified – preferably in an engineering function
- Experience with management of Safety
- Demonstrate making significant changes in difficult environments
- 5 years+ experience as a engineering or previous experience in similar role
- Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing process within a heavy engineering setting
- Experience of managing budgets and understanding P&L accounts
- IOSH / NEBOSH would also be an advantage
