- Support strategic planning, sales forecasting, and facility-wide reporting for quality, OOBF, discounts, and warranty metrics.
- Lead critical projects and process improvements to support business goals.
- Establish, monitor, and manage team performance metrics to meet internal and external customer expectations.
- Provide manufacturing drawings and support to ensure products are fabricated and assembled according to design standards and functional requirements.
- Serve as a point of escalation for internal and external customers, driving timely resolution.
- Foster a culture of continuous process improvement by adopting Midmark Production System (MPS) principles.
- Lead a team that directly impacts customer satisfaction and design quality.
- Manage the end-to-end drawing and quoting process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide professional customer interface in meetings and project reviews.
- Stay current with healthcare design trends, including ergonomics, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
- Validate designs against construction, architectural, plumbing, and electrical drawings/bids, ensuring adherence to building codes, ADA requirements, and space compliance.
- Contribute to innovative solutions that shape healthcare environments.
- Coordinate process and product changes with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and direct the work of teammates.
- Participate in teammate decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide hands-on support during high-demand or backlog situations.
- Organize and deliver training for teammates.
- Ensure proper training, documentation, and development for all team members.
- Collaborate with sales, installers, and project management to ensure installation meets design and specification standards.
- Oversee daily activities of the Design Quoting team while coaching, mentoring, and developing teammates.
- Assure functional and compliant space plans and product specifications that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Midmark teams on shared initiatives.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Strong business acumen with experience working in cross-functional environments.
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- CAD experience desired; knowledge of 2D and 3D software required.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, business, or related field preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (advanced Excel preferred).
- 5–10 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking.
