Process survey data within 4 working days and ensure reports are issued to clients within 5 working days.
Review CCTV footage and transcribe observations using WinCan software.

OS19x qualified or working towards qualification (desired).
Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to code using WinCan with a basic knowledge of defect coding.
Experience using CAD software and knowledge of drainage defects and repair methods.
