Liaise with operations, sales, and clients to provide feedback and highlight any issues requiring further action.
Collate recommendations for remedial actions based on survey results, including estimated costs.
Manage and organise survey data collected on site, ensuring it is securely backed up.
Support the sales team by producing quotations from external CCTV surveys when required.
Produce professional-quality drawings using AutoCAD and generate site plans using tools such as Google Earth.
Process survey data within 4 working days and ensure reports are issued to clients within 5 working days.
Review CCTV footage and transcribe observations using WinCan software.

Requirements

OS19x qualified or working towards qualification (desired).
Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to code using WinCan with a basic knowledge of defect coding.
Experience using CAD software and knowledge of drainage defects and repair methods.
