Coordinate with area business development team regarding condition assessment pursuits
Provide project delivery support including planning, contract administration and management, technical consulting, design reviews, subcontract management and construction services.

Participate in client relationship management, client presentations, conference presentations, and interviews.
Collaborate with HDR technical leaders, operations leaders, market sector directors, project managers, and project teams to deliver world class quality services, project management services and construction services for projects and programs utilizing multiple delivery models.
Participate in scope, schedule, and budget development for projects.
Actively engage with the local project teams and assist in Go/NoGo discussions, project risk assessments, SOQs, proposals, interviews, and negotiations as required.
Serve as the area champion for identification and pursuit of condition assessment projects within the area.
Actively lead our growing Montana pipelines and pump stations business class.

Strong conceptual, organizational, problem solving, and collaboration skills
Proven experience managing projects, client relationships, proposal development, and business development
15 years of water industry experience
Bachelor’s degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or similar combination of relevant education and experience
Selfstarter with excellent writing and communication skills
Strong leadership skills and project management experience with multiple national remote teams is preferred
Ability to interact with various design professionals, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and conferencing platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Teams, etc.)
Familiar with estimating and scheduling software, project management software
