As a BIM Consultant, you will join Ramboll’s innovation and digital transformation team, Galago, collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction professionals. You will create high‑quality digital models that support utility mapping, renovation, restoration, maintenance, and retrofitting projects, contributing to the company’s sustainable‑future goals.
The BIM Consultant role will be based in a hybrid model at one of several U.S. offices—including Arlington, VA; Syracuse, NY; Albany, NY; Rochester, NY; Princeton, NJ; Blue Bell, PA; Atlanta, GA; Baton Rouge, LA; Charlotte, NC; or Portland, ME—while remote candidates within the United States may also be considered. Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full‑time basis, as sponsorship is not available.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Engineering, or a related field, and brings at least five years of relevant experience. Strong expertise in BIM software such as AutoCAD or Revit is required, with GIS knowledge considered a plus. Effective communication, teamwork, and a willingness to adopt new technologies are essential.

The role’s base salary is projected between $81,515 and $112,083 annually, with the final amount dependent on experience, location, internal equity, market conditions, education, and skill level. Compensation does not include bonuses, overtime, or additional benefits.
