Skilled in preparing handover documentation, conflict resolution, negotiation, and quality assurance
Minimum 15 years’ experience in Construction, Engineering and Management in large scale multidisciplinary railway engineering and construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, regulations, and HSE compliance
Proficiency in commissioning, snagging, and the full project lifecycle with solid documentation skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, and experience in asset management and handover procedures
CSCS Card Holder (additional professional qualifications in Engineering or Construction/Project Management would be advantageous)
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and multidisciplinary team coordination skills
Proficient in project management tools and team leadership
Strong understanding of construction, commissioning, and asset management principles
Proven experience in managing handover / handback processes on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
Chartered member of a relevant professional body preferred, e.g. Chartered Engineer (EI or equivalent), Chartered Project Professional (APM or equivalent) or Programme Management Professional (PMI or equivalent)
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Master’s degree or Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant field would be advantageous
Capable of managing multiple handover packages and identifying and mitigating risks
Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices
At least Bachelor degree (Honours Bachelor Degree) (or equivalent) in relevant subject area e.g. Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
