Manage commercial and financial aspects of erection & commissioning projects
Compile and analyse project variation reports, identifying underlying trends to proactively manage project budgets.
Manage and drive financial reporting for assigned projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Work with operations and influence process improvements for mutual benefit.
Implement and uphold cost control measures to keep projects within budget.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, commercial managers, and project managers to ensure financial alignment.
Analyse forecast accuracy and track cost variations, providing clear reports on cost-to-complete and ensuring project budgets stay on track.
Conduct monthly site reviews to assess cost-to-complete, identify lessons learned, and share insights with relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Understand and manage project subcontract package from commercial perspective, including cost control, budget monitoring, and schedule adherence.
Raising and reviewing purchase orders, including monthly review of spend against POs, reporting spend against budget, and purchase vs hire reporting.

Strong understanding of commercial management.
Ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders across departments and effectively manage their requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
QS/CIMA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience) with a strong understanding of commercial and financial control processes.
Proven experience in commercial project management, ideally within the energy sector.
A strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
Possess advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively.
