The Sales Compensation Specialist supports GE Vernova’s Electrification Software business by providing guidance and analytical expertise on sales incentive programs. The role works closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance and other stakeholders to keep programs competitive, compliant and aligned with business objectives.
As the global subject‑matter expert, the specialist designs and implements new compensation plan structures, rolls them out worldwide, and manages all aspects of incentive administration including participant tracking, payout calculation and payment processing. They also lead compensation analysis and benchmarking, partner with Finance and HR, monitor regulatory changes, ensure compliance, and contribute to Total Rewards initiatives.
Candidates must have at least four years of experience in sales compensation, finance or sales operations and be fluent in English. Desired traits include strong project‑management, analytical and quantitative skills, attention to detail, self‑starting independence, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a talent for identifying compliance improvements within a matrix organization.
